This 10-Year-Old’s Mesmerizing Cover of ‘House of the Rising Sun’ Will Leave You Spellbound!

When Anna Christine walked on stage in America’s Got Talent, she delivered such a powerful performance that every single face in the audience was dazed! She is from Las Vegas, Nevada and was just ten years old at the time. But despite her very young age, her rendition of “House of the Rising Sun” will leave you speechless!

“House of the Rising Sun” is a folk song that originated in the U.S. in the early 20th century. The song tells the story of a young man who ruins his life by gambling and ends up in a house of ill repute in New Orleans, known as the “House of the Rising Sun,” and is thought to have been inspired by an actual place in New Orleans. It’s been covered by many artists over the years, but the most famous version is probably the one recorded by The Animals in 1964. Their version became a massive hit, reaching #1 on the UK charts and #2 on the US charts.

Anna started her musical journey at the delicate age of just five. When she was eight, her mother discovered her daughter’s exceptional talent and she was rightfully stunned. Mom said she spends most of her time at her piano: whenever she gets sad or worried, her piano is her go-to friend. And when she started singing at the Got Talent’s stage, the judges were in the same state, dumbfounded!
